You can select and sign up for Dooray!'s main services (project, mail, payment service) you want to use.
You can choose one of Free, Basic, Business, and Enterprise plans depending on capacity and detailed features.
(Public institutions and universities can only sign up for Business or higher plans / Enterprise (minimum 16 people or more are required to sign up) dooray@nhn.com for separate inquiries)
You can use messenger, video conferencing, and work management services regardless of which service and plan you choose. (Refer to the service table above)
In the case of the Free Plan, which is a free product, you can sign up for less than 25 people, and you can continue to use it for free for an unlimited period within the provided capacity.
For reference, first sign up Subsequent product changes can only be upgraded to the next plan.

You can try all Dooray! services for free for 30 days without limit on the number of members.
If you want to continue using it after the free trial, you can send Please sign up for the product.
Do not sign up for the product within 7 days after the end of the 30-day free trial (i.e., within 37 days of signing up for the free trial). If not, the subscription will be automatically terminated.

At any time during the free trial period, you can sign up for Product Registration on the banner at the top of the Admin management screen.
You can also sign up for the product through the Product Registration button in the advance notice email sent on the same day as before.

For general companies or organizations with 25 or fewer users, you can continue to use it for free when you sign up for the Free plan.
(You must also use the Free plan, which is a free product, with subscribe to continue using it after the free trial ends)
If you need more than 26 people or need more capacity and features, you can always upgrade to a paid plan, Basic or higher.

The billing criteria are determined based on the type of plan.

1. Monthly Plan
Billing is based on the actual number of members used by customers on a monthly basis, calculated and invoiced at the beginning of the following month.

2. Annual Plan
Billing is based on the maximum number of members set by customers, with the annual fee paid upfront upon product subscription.

There are two payment methods available for service fees, and you can choose one of them.

- Credit card
- Corporate account transfer (Invoice billing)

* Public institutions/universities can only make payment for fees through the 'corporate account transfer' method.

1. Credit Card
This payment method involves registering a credit card to pay for the costs. Once you have registered your payment method (credit card), the fees will be automatically charged to that card, including immediate payments when required. Please note that debit cards and international credit cards cannot be registered as automatic payment methods. In such cases, please use the corporate account transfer method.

2. Corporate Account Transfer (Invoice Billing)
If it is difficult to make payment for the service fees using a credit card, you can choose the option to pay via corporate account transfer. This payment method involves settling the fees based on the invoice issued by Dooray. To ensure a smooth corporate account transfer process, a Dooray representative will provide direct consultation. Payment Process

What is late payment surcharge?
Late payment surcharge is imposed when the usage fees for Dooray! services are not paid on time.
The late payment surcharge is applied in the following cases.

(Monthly Plan) If the payment amount is not settled by the end of the billing month after the monthly fee has been invoiced.
(Annual Plan) If the payment for the annual fee is not made within 30 days from the date of the invoice.

How is the overdue penalty calculated?
The overdue penalty is calculated and charged as follows:
The overdue penalty = amount charged x 2%

How do I pay the overdue penalty?
The overdue penalty is charged on payments that are overdue.
The overdue penalty can be paid by the tenant owner in the [Admin > Purchases > Billing/Payment History] menu.

The annual plan is provided at a discounted price compared to the monthly plan by making a one-year contract and paying in advance.
If you cancel the service during the contract period, you will be charged a penalty equivalent to at least one month of usage. We will refund the remaining amount after calculating the usage on a pro-rata basis based on the standard price of the monthly plan instead of the monthly rate plan.
The formula for calculating the cancellation refund is as follows.

Cancellation refund = Prepaid amount - (Standard price for 1 year usage based on monthly plan / 12) - { (Standard price for 1 year usage based on monthly plan / 365 or 366) * Number of days used }

The monthly plan is a plan that pays monthly for the number of members used.
Contract and cancellation are always possible, but if canceled in the middle, a penalty for at least one month will be charged, and the standard monthly rate will be charged depending on the usage period. Additional fees may be charged at the amount calculated after pro-rata calculation based on
